We all experience it and all have to deal with it. But what is "Stress"? In a medical or biological context, stress is a physical, mental, or emotional factor that causes bodily or mental tension. Stresses can be from the environment, psychological, or social situations or from an illness. Whenever we feel under pressure, our bodies initiate the "fight or flight" response, which involves the neurologic and endocrinologic systems. As a result, some might feel aches in the body, irritable, tired, amongst other symptoms. So... How do you deal with stress?
